Just download (I will seed that everyday, best you can do is just leave your PC running), then extract file (one folder) whenever you want, go to Steam, add a non steam product, select hl2.exe (not a shortcut) and add following parameters (properties > Set Launch Options) "-game tf -steam" (without "").  /
